Common questions
I didn't receive my sign-in (magic link) email.
Check your spam folder for an email from kizy.app. Still nothing after a couple of minutes? Request a new link — the newest one is the valid one — or write to us.
How do I change my daily check-in time?
Open Kizy → settings → check-in time. Your check-in arrives at that time in your timezone.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Kizy → Cancel. Canceling during the free trial means you won't be charged. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: ⋯ menu → Delete Account → confirm. This permanently erases your account and all your data immediately. Details in our Privacy Policy.
Why is Kizy so blunt with me?
That's the product. Kizy holds you accountable to the goal you set — it challenges excuses instead of applauding them. If it ever crosses from tough to genuinely broken behavior, email us; we want to know.
